Wastewater Service Connections to Regina Mundi College (RMC) and the Catholic Education Centre (CEC) - London
This project consisted of the preliminary and detailed design, tender document preparation, contract administration, and construction inspections of the wastewater service connections from two buildings to the municipal sanitary forcemain. The project included the supply and installation of 3 sanitary pumping stations, 2 at RMC and 1 at CEC, storage tanks, (a 45,000 Litre at RMC and a 20,000 Litre at CEC), 292.1 metres of forcemain, associated check valves, and electronic communication between all facilities. This project featured the considerable coordination with the City of London Engineering Services Division, the City’s Design Consultant for the wastewater forcemain, school board staff, the mechanical/electrical sub-consultants, and the contractor and the outlet connection into the City of London’s 200 mm diameter sanitary forcemain on Wellington Road containing effluent from the W12 landfill site. |
