Aaron Strik, P.Eng.
Principal, Low-rise, Structural Engineering Aaron is a graduate of Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Aaron has built the firm to be one of the largest residential engineering firms in the province.
Aaron’s role with the firm will remain steadfast, offering quick and economical engineering solutions to home builders and developers while taking control of the small building division in the firm. The need for quick, reliable solutions for small projects has always been at the forefront of the firm and will remain vital in our growth going forward. |
Kevin Moniz, P.Eng.
Principal, Civil Engineering Kevin is a graduate of Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Kevin’s role is to oversee the Civil Engineering Design wing of the firm specializing in Site Servicing design for buildings, Sub-division design and municipal road work projects. Kevin has developed strategic relationships with architects, school boards, municipalities and private developers and will continue to foster these relationships going forward. |

Strik, Baldinelli, Moniz Ltd. (SBM) has recently expanded its service offerings with the acquisition of Kirkness Consulting Inc. (KCI) Urban and Rural Planning. We have welcomed Laverne Kirkness as our Principal Planner at SBM. KCI was a small, personalized, land use planning firm that has been operating within the London and Middlesex region since 1983. Together, our combined strengths will be essential to meet our clients’ growing needs and expectations in London, surrounding municipalities, and beyond. This acquisition is complimentary to the multi-disciplined engineering and Ontario Land Surveying services already offered by SBM.
