Hydroponics Cannabis Growing Facility
SBM has been retained to provide Engineering Design services for a new proposed Hydroponics Cannabis growing facility in Southwest Ontario. The project features approximately 10,000 sq.ft, with office, administration, and growing areas for Canada’s booming legal cannabis industry. The building is proposed to be 1 storey in height, and constructed from pre-engineered steel framing
Thorndale 1 • Industrial Building Design
Retained to provide Building Design services for a new 21,000 sq. ft. Industrial manufacturing building with 2,400 sq.ft of office space. The building is in Thorndale Ontario and is constructed from pre-engineered structural steel framing with traditional cast-in-place concrete foundations. Construction completed in 2017.
Thorndale 2 • Industrial Building Design
Retained to provide Building Design services for a new 50,000 sq. ft. Industrial manufacturing building with 3,500 sq.ft of office space. The building is in Thorndale Ontario and is constructed from pre-engineered structural steel framing with traditional cast-in-place concrete foundations. Construction completed in 2017.
