Provided complete design and construction services for the renovation of 304 Talbot Street. The 3 storey, 35,000 square foot vacant building was stripped down and refitted as a 30,000 square foot high tech office space.

Oxford Gardens Retirement Home HVAC System Renovation
Provided design and construction services for the upgrading of the HVAC system at Oxford Gardens Retirement Home in Woodstock, Ontario. At the time of construction, it was the largest solar-powered heating and cooling installation in Canada. Designed to power the 9,900 square meter building's hot water heating, space heating and pool heating. Solar Energy was used to power the air conditioning system with the use of an absorption chiller.
