SBM is happy to announce our offices will be partially re-opening as of July 6th, 2020. The health and safety of our staff and clients remain paramount and we will be modifying our practices to continue to protect them and our community.
We look forward to providing the same high level of service to you during this time. Our staff will be working both remotely and in office and can be reached via email or phone. We will continue to restrict visitors in our offices and conduct meetings via video or phone where possible. If you need to visit one of our offices, please reach out to your contact for further guidance and clarification on our policy. Our offices will be locked to the public so please reach out to our staff in advance to plan a visit.
Staff will continue to perform site reviews/meetings but have been informed not to attend a site or our offices if they have any cold or flu symptoms, be mindful of site meeting conditions, and avoid situations in contrast of the social distancing approaches currently recommended by health professionals. Our staff are equipped with their right to refuse unsafe work, including but not limited to, attending sites where they do not feel safe. We will continue to assess this as new information becomes available.
We will continue to update our website as this pandemic progresses and will continue to adapt our strategy as we receive recommendations and information from our local Health Unit and provincial and federal health ministers.
