Notice: Our telephone lines have a service disruption. Please reach out to your contact via email or you can email Abbey Laberge at email@example.com for help contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
As our global community continues to be impacted by COVID-19 we have made the decision, with the health and safety of our clients and staff in mind, that we will close our offices effective Friday, March 20th, 2020 until further notice. We are pleased to be able to continue to assist our clients while practicing social distancing as recommended by the Government of Ontario and will continue to work hard to ensure there is no interruption of service. We look forward to providing the same high level of service to you during this time. Our staff will be working remotely full-time but will not have access to our phone lines. We do, however have access to our voicemail and are more than happy to communicate via email or coordinate another method of communication that may be more convenient. We will be conducting meetings and site reviews via video or tele-conferencing where possible.
At this time, we are continuing our site inspections but have informed staff not to work if they have any cold or flu symptoms, be mindful of site meeting conditions, and avoid situations in contrast of the social distancing approaches currently recommended by health professionals. Our staff are equipped with their right to refuse unsafe work, including but not limited to, attending sites where they do not feel safe. We will continue to assess this as new information becomes available. We will continue to update our website as this pandemic progresses and will continue to adapt our strategy as we receive recommendations and information from our local Health Unit and provincial and federal health ministers. For more information about what we are doing as a firm or how we are prepared to help you, please contact any member of our team.
We appreciate your support and patience as we work with you to keep our community safe. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to interacting with you face-to-face again when it is safe to do so. Our thoughts are with everyone whose lives and businesses have been affected to date.
