A new addition to the core of St. Thomas, Ontario, this building will house the City’s Social Services department, along with St. Thomas Elgin Housing Corporation and Central Community Health Centre.
Intended to be a catalyst for the downtown core, the lower and main levels will house office administration with the 2nd and 3rd levels used for residential housing.

SBM was retained as the Engineer of Record for this residential apartment project in London, Ontario. The buildings will consist a 8 Storey building with parking structure. The building will be constructed of CIP concrete parking structure with Hambro floor system. All lateral loads will be supported by CIP shear walls. Foundations are traditional strip and pad footings.
