6-Unit Two Storey Residential Townhouse Design
Retained to provide Building Design services for a new 6-unit two storey residential townhouse block development. The building will be in London Ontario and constructed of conventional wood frame construction with cast-in-place concrete foundations. Construction date is to be determined.
Three Storey Residential Townhouse Design
Retained to provide Building Design services for a new 40-unit 3 storey residential stacked townhouse block development. The building features back-to-back stacked townhouses separated by firewalls into Part 9 sections. The building will be in London Ontario and constructed of conventional wood frame construction with cast-in-place concrete foundations. Construction date is scheduled to begin in 2020.
