Not all projects need an Architect. Small retail, business/personal service, or residential buildings fall under a Part 9 category of buildings that are three or fewer storey's in height and 600m2 or less in building area and only need BCIN certification.
Industrial & manufacturing buildings fall under a category of buildings that are a medium or low hazard and often only need BCIN certification or a Professional Engineer certification. Industrial portions of such buildings can be of any size, with office spaces (or non-industrial uses) within such buildings 600m2 or less in area.
Often in these cases, no Architect is needed and our team is fully equipped to provide the BCIN or Professional Engineer certifications required to get your project off the ground.
Because of our multi-disciplinary approach, internal discipline collaboration capabilities, and extensive experience designing and preparing comprehensive construction documents, many clients want us involved to help lead their larger projects too.

We will partner directly with local Architects when required, and help lead the preparation of the construction documents.
As your Prime Consultant, we’ll be there as your main point of contact and throughout the design/construction stages to ensure the project meets your vision and objectives.
